Acceptance of Terms

Please carefully read the following terms before proceeding with your private lesson request. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to the following points:

Payment Terms for Bicycle Tours (Stripe)

Reservations for our bicycle tours can be paid directly through the Stripe module on our website. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed, and you’ll be ready for the adventure! However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If for any reason you cannot participate on the agreed-upon date, we offer two options:

Voucher:

You can request a voucher valid for 1 year from the payment date, which you can use to book another date in the future.

Refund:

If you prefer a refund, you can request one, and we will do our best to process your request.

We are committed to making your experience with us as flexible as possible. Contact us if you have any questions or would like to request a voucher or refund.

Payment Terms for Private Lessons (Payment On-Site)

Regarding private lessons, payment will be made on-site directly to the instructor. Please ensure that you have cash or the agreed-upon payment methods with the instructor at the time of the lesson.

Cancellation Policy:

A notice of at least three days is required for cancellation or modification of the reservation. Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of payment.

Safety and Liability:

The participant is responsible for their own safety and equipment during the lesson. The instructor will do their best to ensure a safe environment, but the participant agrees to follow the instructor’s instructions and adopt safe practices.

Data Handling:

Personal data provided will be used solely for reservation and lesson-related purposes and will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

By accepting these terms, you confirm your intention to participate in mountain bike private lessons and to adhere to the above-stated conditions.
